Self check-in, after hours, was easy, and we found the lovely grounds and pool to be an oasis. We made our own simple dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. "This is a decent option for staying in/near Samara. Bear in mind it is a five-six minute drive to town/main beach stretch. The staff were excellent, particularly Loydes, who was so genuine and helpful. The pool is great for kids. Bathroom was a bit dated and moldy unfortunately. "This is a smaller resort which we liked. Pool was nice and beach was a short walk. We had a Junior King Suite, nice setup, however would have loved to have in the room a comfy chair or sofa to relax or stretch out on instead of the bed. The French restaurant is closed so that limited our choices. The Italian food was great, best risotto! The wait, pool and bar staff was very friendly. "I would highly recommend, the receptionist was wonderful and very communicative. I made a mistake during the booking online on expedia 2 people instead of 3 and he resolved the issue quickly and hustle free. The room was clean and secure. The pool and jacuzzi was very clean and welcoming. The hotel was exactly like the photos, the breakfast was a plus and definitely wished we stayed longer! "

"The website was completely misleading, but after accepting what they actually had to offer it is a nice resort and we had a great time. The website said the rooms would have sofas, they did not, and it said that there are 2 restaurants, there was 1 and it was buffet only. On multiple days housekeeping left us short on towels.
