"The staff was very friendly and entertaining at the reception desk and in the bar/entertainment area. Most of the dining staff were very nice and accommodating. There was only one restaurant and the food choices for the three meals a day for seven days were very limited. Not much variety and the open hours were very tight. We were staying there toward the end of the season, so that might have had something to do with the variety. Closing time was coming soon. "

"The hotel was not as online or in photos. It is poorly neglected and filthy. I would never stay again. Especially with the price they are charging. The 1st room they gave me smelt like an ashtray even though it was non-smoking room and there were food crumbs on the floor. The 2nd room was moldy and there were water leaks and toilet wouldn't stop running. There is no security in the building just a simple key to lock your door, no deadbolt. Baseboards are coming away from the wall, the ceiling...

"A gem of an hotel conveniently situated within all of the attractions of old town Alcudia. Spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts, attentive but unobtrusive hosts. We had the room with private plunge pool which was a fabulous feature much enjoyed. Highly recommended!"

"We loved this hotel. We feel lucky we found this hotel in the walled part of Alcùdia. We are cyclists and not interested in staying along the beach. The staff was very accommodating in providing bike storage and anyone we talked to were extremely nice and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and quiet."

"Warm and welcoming reception on arrival. Gorgeous room with a nice comfy bed. Room was spotlessly clean. Lovely toiletries in bathroom and Nespresso machine for coffees etc. Breakfast was also excellent. We opted for the croissants which were yummy. Service in both the hotel and at breakfast was exceptional."

"The hotel is perfectly positioned. Literally a walk across the road to the beach. Breakfast was fantastic. We ate there twice in the evening; which again was truly great. Enjoyed the pasta & tapas menu. Loved the free access to coffee and tea all day. Environmentally friendly with option to fill up water bottles etc. Although the rooms are on the small side. "I can’t say enough about how much we LOVED this place… we had a fantastic stay… we got a room with a sea view balcony and it was fabulous! The spa pool, sauna, steam room are wonderful… I wished the water in the pool was warmer, but no biggy… the pool areas, 2 others, are set in great locations, the one across the street has wonderful plants, sun visits, gazebos available… we went at the end of October so we always had one available…the water was too cold, but again, no biggy, I know it would be...
