"The hotel Laguna is a pleasant hotel with helpful staff. It’s clean, it’s quiet and our room, a junior suit was fine, albeit overlooking the road/car park (room 107) but not everyone can have a view. We decided on half board, breakfast and evening meal, however, there is the option of lunch instead of the evening meal. "Cheerful easy check in. Unfortunately not kettle or cups in the rooms which is a bit of a let down for a 4* hotel. WiFi doesn’t appear to reach the balcony. Ideal place to stop near Alicante airport if you are arriving late or departing early plenty of eateries very close by. Airport is approximately ten minutes away and a garage is near the hotel to refuel hire car on way to airport. "

"This property was very very noisy, there were people running and banging furniture well into the early hours, we complained at the desk as did som other guests the noise eventually stopped 2 days later when the desk threatened them with expulsion. There was other noise from guests singing through the night we again complained and they eventually stopped, will never stop here again!"

"Well positioned right on the beach and within an easy walk of numerous food and drink options. Comfortable bed, pillows and bedding. Reasonable breakfast. Only negative, every surface was hard so noise transfer was awful, every chair dragged or sliding door opened or closed passed through the whole hotel. Walls are paper thin too, so every noise from adjoining rooms is heard. I wouldn't stay here again for that reason alone. "

"The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The pool is good. We liked to get down early in the morning before the kids got there. There’s those silly people who put towels on loungers all day even though they didn’t arrive till early evening this affected our first day as there was lots free but with towels on them. Also I think the hotel should tell you how to enter the pool and leave the pool as we weren’t told and we had to be told by other customers and then we told others. Some of the items...

"No idea how this has a 3 star rating - run down dirty hotel tried to give us a room that had not been cleaned so changed it. We booked for 5 of us - 2 rooms but room was twin and double had to pay extra for extra bed. Would never recommend you stay with children more like hotel/ rent room by the hour if you know what I mean we were only there 1 night as visiting friends in area but got everyone up extra early next morning to get out.
