"Amazing hotel, EXCELLENT FOOD, EXCELLENT ROOMS, amazing views, but get ready- lights are off in the lounge before 23:00 so having an after dinner drink seems almost impossible. I wish the lady who was in charge of the bar was more hospitable towards the guests that don’t want to go to bed early. Other than that, the staff was great and super helpful. And listen to the wine recommendations- always worth it!"

She loves her job and is an expert at her duties and the business is lucky to have her taking care of the units. "Kristall is an amazing hotel with a gorgeous view. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they would have an afternoon snack available from 2:30pm to 4:30pm. The snack was delicious with the hot snack being cheese gnocchi. After that we went and enjoyed the spa area. The pool was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was nice. They had two different saunas, a Turkish bath (steam room), and then a cool down room. The bed was very comfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed...
