"A real gem. On arrival the owner made us very welcome and throughout our stay he was extremely helpful. A nice, quiet, well appointed room and an excellent breakfast.The location is ideal for exploring the area. You can walk to Intra-Muros (The old town) or there is a bus stop nearby. There are also a couple of bikes you can hire from the hotel, which we did. Plenty restaurants nearby to choose from. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it. "You know it’s a good hotel when 3 days feels like a week away! Suite 8 is wonderful. Panoramic views, easy beach access, private terrace, well equipped room. The only challenges were the stairs (3 long flights down), slow draining shower - it happens and struggled to park due to demand, but got lucky. "

"The manager of the hotel was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. The room was basic but spotless. The building was old and had some little querks such as "the hill" on our landing just before our room door 😆. The lift was "compact" and just a little cranky at times, but it worked ..... mostly! Absolutely ideal location for the ferry terminal amd for touring the local area. Sadly for got to take pics of the hotel."

"Lovely property, spacious studio appartment that is well placed for city and port. Had a lovely shower and my daughter appreciated the half bath too. The sofa bed wasnt the most comfortable but as we were only there for one night it was manageable. "
