"The stay was absolutely amazing, very attentive staff and beautiful views from the restaurant/ swimming pool. However if you book a ‘city view’ room and you’re on the first floor, prepare to be woken up every morning at 06:30 by the towel/sheet delivery out the front of the hotel. Full disclosure, we complained and were offered to swap rooms if we moved everything by 12pm, but we had one night left and had booked a trip out so didn’t have time to move everything. "

"We struck gold when the room we had booked was unavailable due to flooding and they upgraded us to the most incredible suite we have ever stayed in! A breathtaking, panoramic view of the ocean, the surrounding hills and castle, and the town of Cassis laid out before our eyes was fabulous, but the infinity pool in the foreground blew our minds! "Could have been the perfect stay, but there was a massive flaw. If you go to a hotel and stay overnight, you expect to be able to sleep, right? That’s the thing you go for. Wrong! This otherwise charming hotel with lovely friendly staff and a nice vibe currently has a serious technical issue that will prevent you sleeping.
