"Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. However when we enquired they told us it was closed but they would happily order in for us if we needed assistance. Room was very good apart from the mugs for coffee both of which were dirty and very obviously used fairly recently as the tray they were on was wet and stained. "Great Mercure hotel, room was large enough for our 3 night stay. Staff super friendly and helpful. You can walk to all the restaurants at the port and Galleries Layfette and shopping centre attached to hotel. Would definitely stay there again. "
