"Very friendly and hospitable staff who made us and our two small dogs very welcome. The hotel is charming, clean, and comfortable. The views are absolutely stunning - sitting on our terrace, or on the breakfast room with its picture windows, and looking at the magnificent ocean was wonderful. It's a short and lovely walk along the coast to restaurants and then a bit further to the centre of Batz-sur-Mer. Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back!"

"The couple who runs the place are both very lovely people, incredibly kind and eager to make my stay enjoyable. I was in Le Pouliguen for a wedding, rather than personal vacation, and the limit of my French is 'I do not speak French'. "Generally a nice stay in a lovely area. Unfortunately, the resort feels a little tired, and under-maintained. Pool area was nice (if chilly), well located, mostly helpful staff (although when we asked for certain things to be fixed, they were not done in a hurry).
