"This was our first time at Hotel Escapade and it was amazing. The staff are very friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and our room had the most amazing views. Breakfast was also superb. "Excellent hotel and facilities and would of been 5 star across the board except for one lazy member of staff at the reception. Eating their lunch at the end of the reception desk but unwilling to render assistance to patrons. Maybe it was her dinner break, but eat in the dining area behind not at reception. Wanted to reserve a table for evening meal, however we went and spent elsewhere."

"The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "The room was quite small and needs an update on paint and general upkeep. Most of the staff didn't speak English,and the restaurant did not have a menu in English, which, I must say, I have never seen in an international hotel brand. Other than that, the stay was just generally average. I would not go back, but it is kind of the only place to stay in Hyeres, so I guess that's why they can get away with it. Sad to say"

"Good place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff and the pool area was lovely. Unusual cleaning schedule I.e. between 3:30 and 6:30pm when you might be resting or getting ready to go to dine. Wi-Fi connection somewhat unreliable. Bus stop just at the end of the road for local trips to beautiful Bormes les Mimosas Village. Very quiet and safe. Good air conditioning in rooms. Close to some lovely beaches some with blue flags. Thank you."
