"Very poor service overall. The soap dispensers in the bathroom and the shower were empty. We asked every day by WhatsApp and verbally. They never filled them. When asked at checkout again the lady said we lent you cutlery. Don't know what the connection is between lending cutlery and not providing soap. They also charged for parking and when I said there is no indication of parking charges in the Expedia booking she just gave me a volley of loud French. Very poor customer service."

"It was a unique experience to stay and wake up in the winery’s . The property is beautiful and quiet. It has a inside and outside restaurant with the delicious food and it’s own wine! "This is a very nice hotel near the port. Very convenient as ferry that leaves for Saint Tropez leaves 2 minutes from the hotel. Nice amenities. I even got a small terrace! Great location as can go around St Raphael easily."

"Very nice hotel, comfortable rooms, very clean but bear in mind that the hotel restaurant, and most others in the town, are closed on a Sunday and Monday. From the reviews, we had intended eating at the restaurant but as it was a Sunday..... However, the hotel immediately booked us a table at the only restaurant in teh town that does open on a Sunday."

"The hotel for me looked like a hidden diamond) We liked it a lot and this is very seldom I put 10 as the highest rate. Everything was great - the big suite with the balcony, the breakfast at the open terrace, the pool, which has never been busy at the peak season, the big parking place and the location of the hotel just 5-6 min driving from Saint-Raphael - overall great! "We stay only for one night at Cap Riviera. It rain before we came, so we haven’t used the garden or beach. There is no restaurant close to hotel, but hotel has a restaurant and a bar. We ordered fish for the dinner and we were very satisfied with our choices. Breakfast was also very good. The problem with hotel was that they forgot to put a blanket on the second bed and there were nobody at the reception when we discovered it. "

"We stayed here before but now it’s a Mecure it has really improved. A full remodelling has been done and it’s a great job! Lovely room with great bathroom. Plenty of sockets and tea/coffee making facilities. We took the breakfast in a great bright dining area. Food was good a plenty of options. Hotel is right on the front and is a five minute walk from station. Highly recommended. "

"Agay is a great escape from the throngs packed into Cannes and St. Tropez. Hotel Relais d'Agay is a sanctuary of tastefully decorated rooms and friendly, helpful staff. They helped us fine-tune our room choice so we got exactly what we wanted. Every day they greeted us with smiles and provided information on things to do in the area. A relaxing end to an adventuresome trip throughout France! We will be happily returning."

"The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Every employee on site would make eye contact and greet you every time they saw you, in a very genuine way. We just felt very welcomed and cared for. The easy walk to the beautiful beach, with Sun loungers and umbrellas assigned by room, so you never had to search for a chair - amazing!!"
