"Ron and Lacey were excellent hosts. Very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and excursions. They helped us set up an excellent trip up Monkey River. They have bikes, stand up paddle boards, etc. for guests’ use. They cabins are very clean and have everything you need. They porch on Turtle was very comfortable for mornings and evenings. We would highly recommend this place. It is close to all restaurants, shopping, and the beach. "

"The listing for this property was incorrect. What we thought we were getting was 3 queen beds with 2 bathrooms. Instead, we got 2 adjoining units that had 1 queen bed each, a pull-out sofa, & 3 bathrooms. Each unit had its own kitchen. When we arrived, the door between our rooms was locked so we had to go out to the porch & into the other unit to be with our friends. "Absolute SCAM!! Was never able to get into my room!! No one answered their phones or emails. Even Expedia couldn't get a hold of them. I NEVER stayed in the room but was all pre-payed. NO REFUND!! Absolute SCAM!!!"

"Wonderful stay! Thank you to Shelly for a seamless check in and being an amazing host during our stay. The location was perfect - right off the boardwalk and beside the beach. We especially enjoyed using the beach chairs and icebox. The rooms were perfect and the AC was very much appreciated. Will definitely return on our next visit to Placencia. "
