Walking in was damp and dreary…the CSR seem unhappy I was assigned a dirty room no elevator no clean towels not a pleasant stay n the morning csr was just as bad as night csr

We just needed a place to lay our heads for the night and didn’t want to pay $200 to do so. There is nothing overly great or fancy about this hotel. That being said, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and quiet (except for the nearby airport), and we felt safe. If you are looking for a nice pool and fancy breakfast, this is not for you. But if you’re just passing through or just looking for the basics, this hotel was surprisingly great for that.

It was so close to the airport and the bed was really comfortable. The only thing I would say could be upgrade the towels, they were not quite white anymore.

This hotel has 2 floors and NO elevators. If I had known this information I would have never stayed there. No offer to help us carry up our bags, we are in our seventies. The towels were thin and dingy. This hotel did not meet up to the Quality Inn standards that I'm use to.

The toilet broke and they would t fix it or change our room. There was bugs. We asked to have our room cleaned and sheets changed and they didn’t do it once. Overall I’m trying to get a refund. It’s rediculous
