The staff didn’t provide towels to us daily. They never came to pick the dirty towels. The bathroom drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water when showering. There was only one garbage can in the room, which was very small. Most of the staff were nice but one woman at the desk was very nasty when we asked for another blanket. The breakfast had variety but the woman watched me and my family the whole time we were getting food. The omelets were so hard, they couldn’t be eaten.

We visited the area for Cannonsburg Christmas and would definitely come back. Hotel staff very friendly and the Christmas decor was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was good as well. We will be back!

The hotel was decorated nicely for the holiday and clean. The staff was very friendly. The one issue is the room claims to sleep 5. The pull out bed on the couch is completely useless. It is basically springs covered in a little fabric. The front desk said all the pull outs were like that. We had to go to Walmart and buy an air mattress. Other than that the stay was great.

Nice room with a full sized fridge. Comfy bed. The breakfast is fine, nothing you would travel to get, but they put it out on time and there are several good selections. Coffee available 24/7. Location is extremely safe and close to just about anywhere if you have a vehicle. Above all, the staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and someone is always on duty and ready to help.

I was really impressed with how this place had an upscale feel but was extremely affordable. Super clean rooms, great staff, the complimentary breakfast was a nice addition and most importantly, an clean and comfortable bed.

Thile lobby of this building was really nice. The rooms were pretty par for the course. The only complaint was the sleeper sofa mattress was terrible. I’m not sure if anyone could get any sleep on it. It was completely worn out and springs stuck in you no matter what way you turned.

The room was clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very accommodating and friendly. We stay a this hotel three time a year to attend our 3 grandchildren's birthdays and have never been disappointed with this hotel.

Room 222 needed a bit of upgrade. One Shower door was off track and must have been for a while because we fixed it and there was mold. The rest of the bathroom was extremely clean. Desk chair arm looked like a dog had chewed on it, or it was continually bumped on the desk. It may have been unnoticed if chair was always pulled in. All staff were lovely.
