"Check in 3pm and Check out time is 10am. This is so bad, normally should be 12 to 2pm. Because of the restaurant that is open in the courtyard of the hotel at night from 7:30 in the evening until night, it is not possible to be comfortable in the hotel and the hotel area is practically closed after 7. But the rooms are very clean and nice. And the sea and mountain view is great. The hotel restaurant offers many good tasting dishes for lunch time"

"Dont book this property- they don't tell you it's next to a construction site with loud drilling noise starting at 7 am. There were several powercuts, with people getting stuck in the lift, unable to get into our apartment at night and wifi constantly shuts off. The power cut out at least 7 times during my 1 week stay. There were no access to stairs, we had to climb over a gate to get to the emergency stairs, which can only be opened from the inside. While Sicily is beautiful, this property...

"There was no at the reception desk. The property manager accused me of lying about my kids because there were 2 single beds joined but we were 3 people. My daughter had to sleep in the middle of the 2 beds . The pillows were uncomfortable . There was 1roll of toilet paper. I had to go buy my own. I had no internet service. The kitchen was somewhat clean but you could see their storage room that was messy Nd made kitchen aesthetically unappealing. The night table and desk shelf was dusty ."

"We had a wonderful stay at Riva Sea apartments. We went in May and it was so quiet, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time! The play area was wonderful for our 2 children aged 3 and 6 and we enjoyed lots of strolls to the beach close by. We also ate in the local area most nights, there aren’t that many but we still had fantastic meals every time. Giulio and Eliana were very helpful during our stay, both lovely people :) "
