"Very nice room. Amenities were good. Convenient shuttle to Winterplace. Only negative was the incessant complaining by shuttle drivers about having to drive to Winterplace and around the resort. Every trip. Multiple drivers. I understand they were short handed but it is inappropriate to complain to customers. "

"Friendly service. Meets the needs with beds, working facilities, a TV, and a refrigerator. Looks a little dated, but we stayed on the water side and it was peaceful and the view was lovely. We stayed in a double queen room and I found the mattress to be a bit too firm. Some sort of breakfast service would be nice, especially on holidays when next to nothing is open. Including their own restaurant. "
