"A few miles outside Cuenca, this was a surprise on the plus side for us as it is in a secluded area with grapevines in front and lots of mature trees Super private. No need to stay in Cuenca as it is a short drive in the morning to get to the hanging houses if Cuenca. The main lounge has a woodburning fireplace which greeted us upon our arrival. "It is a very beautiful old property, which is why it needs continuous maintenance. They should have adequate staff to receive clients, we were waiting 30 minutes at the reception, there was no one. At least the bar across the street was open and the wait became shorter.
