"We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. I would suggest the hotel to have better insulation as cold air kept creeping through whilst it was already cold. The bed sheet were slightly stained which was disappointing. The main building of the hotel was pretty and the breakfast was just okay nothing spectacular. There was free parking available for those driving. The hotel is a 15/20 mins drive to Mall Road. The staff at the hotel were kind and professional."

"Stuff on arrival was very rude reast of stuff was very nice breakfast was ok hotel washroom was dirty and only gave one towel and one small soap carpet was very dirty even bedsheets and blanket was also dirty overall it's was not worth of what I paid "

"Freezing, no other guests there, they did not know about our booking and all lights and heat was off. Temperature was just above freezing. I then had to call Expedia myself at checkout and spend half hour on phone to see why they didn’t receive confirmation or payments despite them seeing the confirmation and proof. Might be fine for locals but terrible experience for international travelers "
