"The Quality Inn staff were superb! We got in the wrong shuttle bus and were taken to a different Quality Inn. Our hotel promptly sent a staff member to pick us up!!! Upon arrival at this Quality Inn we were treated courteously and offered transportation back to the airport the next morning and a takeaway breakfast since we were leaving early. Impressive. The hotel was very clean and in excellent repair. Thanks!!"

"Excellent facilities, good breakfast, clean and spacious rooms. We did not facing the noisy street and the Hilton app did not work for selecting a room and digital key when it worked the last time we stayed there. Front desk staff should be better trained in customer service and be more knowledgable. Dining staff were excellent. Would recommend this hotel."

"Check in was easy, shuttle on schedule. Only disappointment was when I checked in I asked about food for purchase and I was given a pizza menu. I was looking for something to take to the room which was available for purchase in lobby, but didn’t see due to fatigue by late arrival. "
