"I recently enjoyed a 3-night stay at the Decanter Hotel in Old San Juan, and I want to praise the establishment for its exceptional professionalism, cleanliness, and excellent location. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff displaying courteousness and attentiveness. Throughout my stay, they addressed all my inquiries and requests promptly and skillfully, showing an impressive degree of politeness and friendliness. The staff's dedication to providing outstanding service greatly enhanced my experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. My room was spotless and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a pristine bathroom. One drawback is that if you have noisy neighbors, you can hear them due to the paper-thin walls. However, it was just one night, and I handled it promptly. The best Marshalls store I've been to is just two blocks away, so it's very convenient for shopping. The hotel also provides easy access (walking) to popular attractions and dining options. "Very nice and cozy stay, street parking is tough, but most places around are walkable. Staff was very friendly, and personable. Ubers were always close by and the food around the area was absolutely delusions. There are vouchers given for breakfast, other amenities such as the pool, and rooftop were very nice! Would definitely stay again!"

"This place was close to everything. 24 hours front desk service. I just feel like they should up grade the north tower, the jacuzzi needs to be cleaned daily and they should have some type of shade to there outdoor amenities. The stone bath was amazing in the night. The view was super. Over all the staff was amazing and very helpful. John O went out his way to recommend beautiful locations and amazing food. For the price you can’t beat it. Hotel was designed very beautifully. I would definitely book again just would stay in the south tower as it’s upgraded. "
