"The room is big and has a good view of the lake and mountains. The daily cleaning is not good, not wash the cups. The hotel has no facial tissue, no coffee cups, only paper cups and no slippers. The complimentary water will be given only on the first day, no matter how many days you have stayed. The bath tub got stuck, water couldn’t flow down. Even though the technician came to fix it every day. The breakfast is good but there are not many varieties of food."
