"Convenient location close to the night markets and restaurants. There is a market inside the building to buy basic supplies. Room had plenty of space for a family of 4. Jolibee and McDonalds is next door. Salon and spa and karaoke are on site. Good price for the room size and convenience. Could have use more pillows and sheets."

"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. "

At the time of this review, hotels.com lists "laundry facilities" as an amenity. This is not accurate. They do have "laundry services" and they will do a fantastic job with your laundry if needed. "Property owner never answered the phone. We were not allowed into our unit after waiting for 2 hours. We left and booked another hotel. No refund was given because the management would not reply to Expedia. DO NOT BOOK THIS"

"Staffs needs training,very unprofessional. I asked one of the guard where our Room Is located, He just used his mouth/lips to point I didnt know What he was doing.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL😡Not even telling us which building our Room Is located . NOT HELPFUL AT ALL!!! The lady that was helping us at first ,She let us wait outside For awhile & was Really HOT so thats why we asked the guard instead STIILL NOT HELPING AT ALL !!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS !!!STAFFS NEEDS TRAINING .. "

"Overall a decent stay. The balcony overlooking the beautiful sky during sunset was incredible and staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant. Ayala center is right there with mango square nearby, however just not the cleanest city. I’m not much of a party goer and did majority of my shopping in Manila, so Cebu was not a good fit for me. I should’ve did more research to see more of the historical sites, but all required taking a grab or taxi. Decent stay."
