"Everything was great except front desk staff. The 3 times we had to interact they were on their cell phones and it was as if we were bothering them. One encounter was due to lack of housekeeping that day and the reply from the girl at the desk was “so what do you want me to do?”. For such a great hotel they really need to step up the face of the hotel."
