"Hotel Veronica is an older property but it's comfortable. It has nothing fancy, but the shower and toilet worked. The sink is somewhat a bit slow in draining. The staff are very attentive and quick to respond with requests. It's located conveniently across from the Robinsons Mall and easy to hail tricycle drivers for a ride. The airport transfer was on time. I would go back there in the future."

"It was a great experience , good people to communicate and very good breakfast . The only problem we had is the hot water and their towels. After my husband took a shower the hot water is gone so everyday I had to take a cold shower and their towels are more like a fiber cloth type it would just wipe the water across your skin rather than drying you up but all in all it was great. "Toilet is so primitive! No flush toilet, the sink is clogged,Shower and toilet are shared in one bathroom, entire bathroom floor gets wet all over. No amenities whatsoever. The only reason we chose this place is because it’s close to Bancal Port to get to Isla de Gigantes (which was our planned destination). This would have been a perfect place for tourists visiting the famous islands but there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the rooms. I wish the property o owners would at least try...
