The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was standard for hotel food. But, the room had no closet or drawer space and nowhere to store luggage. Had to place luggage on the floor and live out of it. The bed was way too high and difficult to get in. The mattress was too soft, offering no support and making it difficult to turn and change positions. Had to reach all the way over the restroom to reach the tissue. Very little counter space in the bathroom and the sink out in the room. Insufficient signage at the entrance to the property. We missed the turn several times and had to look for a sign to another business to know where to turn in. Will not be staying there again.

The woman staff was kind of rude and not accommodating. The male staff was okay but still not as friendly. All staff besides the two front desk people were great! the first time around the staff was excellent.

The property is fine, if you need something inexpensive in pigeon Forge, this is a fine option. I’ve stayed in several on the strip and I would put it in the “fine” group. Not my favorite but would stay here again at the right price.

Staff is very nice. We came around Christmas, and the lobby was very cute and decorated. Room was clean, carpet was freshly shampooed. Bed was comfortable. Stayed here about a week, some days breakfast was better than others, and always the same options, but very good for the price. Would absolutely stay anytime I'm in the area.

This hotel was on the main strip which made it very convenient to get to where you wanted to go. The place was very clean, staff was always kind and helpful and there was always plenty of parking every time we came back and forth from visiting in town.

Great place to stay, my only complaints would be that the parking lot is very small (we didnt have a space one night and had to park in an awkward spot), and the sofa bed in my room didnt have the sheets cleaned before we arrived(they had multiple fresh stains). Other than the sofa bed the rooms were very clean. Good Breakfast.

Did not enjoy my stay very well at this place. We had to wind up upgrading to a different room bc the double queen rooms are very small and walls are too Thin I could hear everything the next room was saying and they were talking normal. Then you could hear the drive thru of the restaurant next door. Would not recommend unless you just want something cheap and affordable but you get what you pay for.
