Had a leak in our bathroom ceiling fan. Maintenance came quickly, we were moved to a room next door. Inconvenience due to having to pack up and leave that room and switch to another and again unpack! Front desk asked to have Expedia contact them to get a partial discount for the inconvenience. Best to contact me by text to phone 937-728-2612.

The rooms were very clean and the staff was very nice. It is in a good location, Dennys was next door and a steak house within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The cleanleness, friendly staff, safety doors, pool room, pool, big hot tub. Breakfast was good but same eggs and sausage every day. Maybe different on diffetent days. Front staff was great! So many staff always cleaning gave a good feeling.

When we checked in to the room we found a sock under the Curtain at the balcony door and a used towel in the bathroom thrown up in the cabinet. The carpets are filthy if I hadn’t had a non-refundable room. I would have left immediately. The front desk staff was nice and it was conveyed that the pool was open till midnight. but from now on, I won’t book through Expedia.

Everything was clean. The elevator had a musky smell to it. The rooms were spacious and clean but the pillows were horrible. They were just big enough for your head to fit on.
