"I hit my head on the beam at the top of the stairs in our room. Ouch! Other than that everything else was great. The owner did try to talk us into taking a bus, instead of walking all the way, to Gubbio but the walk was much better than he'd described and so we were glad we walked the whole way."

"Beautiful renovated farmhouse with restaurant and hotel. We stayed on the third level and the suites are spacious and very comfortable with large washrooms that have bathtubs and minifridges. The beds are comfortable and there is a closet to hang your things, The staff are friendly and helpful and managed to help us with everything, At least one staff member is available that speaks English. "The hotel is located in a beautiful original old monastery with excellent rooms. The staff is very friendly and professional. The surrounding space is very nice and there is large swimming pool, a must during hot summer days. Dinning is on a very high level, food is excellent and the meals are provided all day. We will definitely come back again in the future. I can sincerely recommend this facility to everyone seeking quiet, peaceful holliday in a beautiful authentic setting in Umbria. "
