"Our stay at Casita Sollevente was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good. The short drive down the hill into Montezuma is easy, though you certainly want a car as it is a steady incline from the town up to the resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!"

"Tucked into the jungle it is definitely a Sanctuary. Monkeys and birds greet you along with an amazing view of the sunrise. A short walk to the water falls and Butterfly Brewery. The owner is a sweetheart and her hotel shows that. Everything about my stay was great"

"The grounds were beautiful and seemingly well-maintained; the rooms not so much. Once we got the correct room, we found it to be crawling in ants and other bugs, due to the louvered doors and lack of a tight seal. We were constantly swishing ants off of us while in bed, as they'd crawl up the bed. Also, there were a couple geckos living in the ceiling that randomly chirped during the night. "Stayed for 2 nights on the ground floor. As a solo traveller, felt very safe. Close to everything in Santa Teresa and a large supermarket across the road. Not well soundproofed and could hear lots of noise upstairs - footsteps, toilet flushing etc. Could also hear traffic noise. Air con was amazing! "

"Beautifully appointed rooms with private plunge pool and view of ocean. Staff very courteous. Breakfasts included in rate were excellent. We ate dinner at the hotel most nights for convenience and because the food and service was good. The main drawback of this hotel is that it is too far away from Santa Teresa and the main beaches to walk so you need to book taxis ( $20 each way), rent an ATV or rent a car. "

"The Blue Mist is lovely, peaceful, and beautiful. Our Bungalow was right on the beach overlooking the Pacific. Plenty of space, clean and bright. The Staff took care of our every need from taxis to recommendations. The included daily breakfast was incredible! Fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. The chef was EXCELLENT!"

"Best resort stay of my life! The staff are wonderful people, that’s are patient and very attentive. The spa was devine and they even accommodated my pregnancy with a prenatal message. The vegan options for food are plentiful and all the vegan dishes we had were heavenly. The beach is quiet, clean, and private. We stayed in the beach front bungalow, and woke up to a view of the ocean every day which was very special. The other guests are friendly and respectful. The yoga classes were lovely and the studio space is insanely gorgeous with an ocean view and a cool breeze. This a little piece of paradise. Can’t wait to return!"
