"The property was amazing but we had one night with out any air conditioning and had to follow up multiple times to get it fixed. Till the last day it was not cooling properly. I feel if you pay so much, and come for a special occasion you should be able to enjoy a good nights sleep. Other hotels would usually comp something or the other but there was no adjustment made. "

"The adults only hotel was a nice change, quiet, clean and relaxing. The staff were friendly and kind, room was modern and comfortable. The location and view was quiet and scenic. Would stay here again when we come back to the Algarves!!!"

"The property is very nice, the pool is superb however they close it very early at 7 pm but I understand they may want to prevent noise for the tenants facing the pool. The staff in general was nice, but a few were a little annoyed by questions. You need a car I will not walk outside the property since it is a main road. "If you are looking for a hotel directly in Portimao (rather than near the beach), there are not many options. Made Inn hotel is close to both, train and bus stations, and also close to all amenities, shops, shopping centres etc. Simple decor, but clean and very nice and helpful staff."

"Staff were incredible. Beyond anything have experienced before. Fabulous rooms. Buffet quality and choice great, drinks included, very economical. Local buses not great or regular, don'r rely on them. Staff helped with transport. Amazing spa, with water treatments. Well worth a visit. "
