"What an amazing location! and to have the view of the cathedral from our room, that was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We even got a complimentary ride to the airport which we didn't expect. The hotel is being updated but you can't beat the location and the staff. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"My son and I stayed at this hotel in Feb and were so happy with the hotel, staff, location etc. What I found surprising was how quiet it was. I didn’t hear other guests, doors opening/closing, much guest noise etc. staff was very helpful, professional, friendly. Room was spacious, clean, well stocked and comfortable. "We love waking up to delicious breakfast buffet. Special mention and thanks to the friendly breakfast team Rose, Romelyn, Wendy, Valeri and Mareki. "Excellent location. Easily accessible at all times of the day and night. Clean. Comfortable beds & shower. Great soundproofing - it's located on a busy street but the second you close the window you can't hear any noise. Nice personal touches really add to your stay such as the 5th floor coffee hang out area and fresh bottles of water left outside your door each morning. Could not recommend this place more! "

"(French version follow) We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The 360-degree panoramic view of the city from the top of the hotel is absolutely breathtaking. On our last evening, we decided to dine on-site and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Additionally, the hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff is both friendly and attentive. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur la ville depuis le sommet de l’hôtel est tout simplement époustouflante.
