"Bit out of the way but they were happy to help us out with organising transport (bicycles and a car to the airport). Was hard to find!"

"We arrived and were asked to wait so that the guy on the desk could spray the room with air freshener. On entering the room the place looked shabby and on close inspection of the pillows we quickly decided not to use them as some were stained yellow. The a/c turned on but did nothing to cool down the room and the fan on the wall only oscillated about twice before sticking. There was a bracket on the wall where the tv once was and the electric wires sticking out of the wall where the shower once...

"First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member. Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you."

"We chose this because we heard Siem Reap (SR) had become a mad house (it has in parts). GVV is a beautiful oasis. There are only four villas, each are two floor, architecturally fun, 2BR/2.5BA. Grounds and pool beautifully landscape. Staff great. But it is too far to walk to SR, which isn’t really a big deal given super cheap tuktuks. "

"The room we wanted was not available but we got another room that was a bit smaller, cheaper and very nice. The owners refunded the difference to us, and we liked the hotel so much that we stayed three days longer. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. If I could, I would give them six stars out of five. "

"It takes five minutes on foot to Pub Street and old market. Easily reachable from many minivan terminals and local famous place. Very safe and clean. You can see beautiful sunset from loof top Sky Bar. Also, there are two local supermarket near this hotel. You can purchase food, beverages with low price. For example, a 330 ml can of local beer is 0.75 US dollar. "

"From the moment you step into Hotel. you’re welcomed with the warmth and kindness that define Cambodian hospitality. The staff go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, assisting with everything from Angkor tours to airport transfers at reasonable rates. The food selection is fantastic, with a mix of Asian and American breakfast options and tasty snacks like hamburgers available throughout the day. While the rooms could use a little refresh, the hotel offers exceptional value for the price. Plus, its location near the night market makes exploring Siem Reap incredibly convenient. "This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is wonderful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety of wonderful fresh foods, including salad and beautiful fruits. Channa the massage therapist gave me the best massage in my life, so I went back three times. The location has great places to eat and shop across the street, and Pub Street is a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel. The pool and spa (sauna. Steam etc) are perfect as well, with happy hour every evening. "
