The shower is amazing, the apartment is worth it for the shower alone. The washing machine is great but it's cheaper to have your laundry done around the corner. It's nice having a large fridge and kitchen. The bed is comfortable - air conditioning works so fast and efficiently. The pools and general grounds are clean and well kept.

ホテルを利用するのではなく、部屋を所有しているオーナーが部屋を貸しているため、ホテル対応は利用できず

AM2時過ぎの深夜到着の便で到着し、それから入国手続きに長い行列に並び続けて約1時間、やっと送迎サービスに乗り込み、ホテルのフロントを探しながらやっとホテルの前で降りて24時間営業のフロントに行くと、ここでは受付ができないといわれ、予約先に携帯で連絡をしろという。やっとの思いで到着し、「Welcome！」と迎えられるかと思ったのに、フロントの若い男性は、その部屋は俺たちは関係ないという。しかし、海外で使用できる携帯を持っていなかったため、フロントの男性に連絡をしてくれるように頼んだところ渋々対応してくれましたが、それから30分以上、外の暑い中で待たされた挙句、非常にラフな短パン姿の男性が眠たそうに急ぐ様子もなく現れた。そこから更にこっちだ、ここじゃないと言われその男性の後をついて10分以上荷物を引きずりながら歩かされ、なんと宿泊部屋に直接案内され、そこで深夜にその男性と二人っきりで契約の説明。女性の一人旅にはあまりにも配慮のない仕組み。 更に、部屋のwifiが利用できるといわれていたが、wifiパスワードがわからないという。多分これだと言われたパスワードを何度も試したが、結局接続できず。その次に教えてもらったパスワードも間違っており結局何度も再起動などをかけた挙句接続できず。最初の2日間はネットにもつながらず現地情報をネットで入手しようと思っていた自分には大きな痛手。ネットにつながらないためスカイプ電話も利用できず、やっと2日目の夜になって正しいパスワードの連絡がありネットに接続できた。 更に、初日に部屋でくつろいでいると部屋の所有者らしきマネージャーという女性から「ホテル料金を払ってないから今すぐお金を払ってくれ」との連絡があり、お金はすでにExpediaで支払い済みであると説明しても、「いや受け取ってないから今すぐ払うように、払いに来ないなら、今から部屋に徴収にいく」といわれ、本当にあきれ返りました。確認してくれと説明して何度かそのようなやり取りが続いた後、突然連絡が来なくなり、おそらく入金の確認が取れたのだと思いました。が、それにしても謝罪の一言があってもいいのに、それ以降は何の連絡もありませんでした。 部屋自体は、モダンで素敵なレイアウトのお部屋で快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 1LDKのコンドミニアムでしたので、スーパーで色んな食材を購入して生活していました。ホテルのすぐ横にファミリーマートがあり、簡単にテイクアウトできる現地のお弁当などが絶妙においしくてよく利用させてもらいました。 ホテルの目の前は海ですが、漁師町のような海ですので泳ぐという感じではありません。浜辺にたくさんの漁師の船がずらっと並んでいて、そのおかげでとても静かなビーチです。散策するのはとても気持ちが良かったです。 外食してもそんなにお値段は高くありませんが、スパイシーな料理が多く、中々口には合いませんでした。 日本人にはちょっとスパイシーすぎます。 道端で売っているフルーツなどをまとめ買いして冷蔵庫に入れておいたので、冷たくておいしいフルーツを毎日食べられました。 治安も良いので、メイン通りなら夜でも一人歩きできます。 リラクゼーションを目的に行くなら、プーケットの中でも静かなエリアであるこの街はお勧めです。

Это кондо в одном из корпусов отеля. Уборка раз в неделю, в номере все необходимое, очень комфортно. но всё же это не отель, поэтому если вы рассчитываете на отельный сервис и на трансферы, их нет! Все будет за отдельные плату. Были проблемы с получением доп ключей и проезда на парковку

Not for couples who like peace and quiet!

Great central location, however:- Lots of young children & families, very noisy. Staff at reception don't speak much English. Room falsely advertised as having daily housekeeping, incorrect, only twice weekly. Also advertised as having bath, also false, shower only. Hair left in the shower drain when we arrived. Still waiting for the 2nd set of keys even though this was requested on numerous occasions. Not enough chairs around the pool. Too many mosquitoes as there was a lily pond next to the second pool ? breeding ground for mozzies. Even though we paid for a deluxe room which costs more than the standard rooms, we still had to pay extra for the Nai Harn Beach shuttle???

Be Careful about making sure the requirement match

I had booked for a kingsize bed which was not provided.Some portion of tropiclook is private owned which was never mentioned to us.So you would not get the facilities that normal guest enjoy(like free bicycle to move around,surf boards ,room service etc).All issues would be routed to private owners and guest need to followup.I missed my itenieray due to delay in check in(had to wait 45 minutes to check in as the private owner agent was not available).Also please ensure that security deposit details are clarified.I enquired expedia before travel and they said no money need to be deposited.But after going there I was asked to pay the deposit.
