The room was cleaned well and presented amazingly on arrival. The hotel staff clearly enjoy what they do and have fun with guests and always greet you around the hotel. The pool was great and the rooms were spacious!

Great hotel

Great location and great service the hotel offers. Gym is perfect and pool was nice. Hotel was very quiet. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly. I recommend this hotel in Kata.

Staff are nice & helpful. Hotel arranged connection room for my family that was great. Beds were decorated with swans (by towels) was surprised us. Easy access to beach & restaurant. If hotel can improve a bit on cleanliness like towels and floors will be great.

To be truthful, there’s nothing really to “write home about” but for the price we paid (£35 a night) I think it’s pretty standard and would say it’s a cheap rate for a cheap hotel. When we came to the hotel, there was a lot of water in the reception area and a gecko in our bedroom. I’ve stayed in worse places! But they have a big bed & bath in the rooms. Location is good. Probably wouldn’t stay here again purely because I could find something better for a similar price.

Excellent place. Highly recommended.

Really great location in Kata. Room was excellent. Simple decor but with thoughtful little touches such as different colored towels for room and beach use. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Really liked mu stay there. Certainly will book again.

We got to the hotel to find out the rooms weren’t the ones we booked well in advance. The walk up pool looked nothing like the pictures showed. It was like a building site. We had to be located to another hotel.

Hotel facade looks runned down, stairs are faster than elevator. Very humid especially that you can't leave the ac running without the key in so you have to wait till the room cools down. Bed is comfy, stayed one night so can't really say much more

This is a nice hotel although I was disappointed in a few things. I was on the 4th floor and the WI-FI was intermittent and weak at times.....frustrating Got kicked off repeatedly. Often the staff seems to abandon the front desk. Twice I was down with a simple question or request and no one around. Also, noticed the same often while passing through. Asked the front desk if they had a taxi service they could arrange for me...said they did not. Strange, most hotels in Thailand can call you a taxi when needed, Had to go out on the street and find one. As I said, overall a good place, but a few things could use improvement.

Sehr sauber und relativ modern, Angestellte super nett und zuvorkommend vor allem die Damen von der Reinigung. Im Pool war ich nicht, dieser sah aber in Ordnung aus. Alles in allem habe ich mich im Sugar Marina sehr wohl gefühlt und kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Nice place

+ отель отлично расположен. В центре событий, но при этом в комнате всегда было тихо и спокойно. + сама комната хорошая, все стильно и функционально. Отличная ванная комната - где есть и душ и ванная. Есть балкон. + отличная уборка. + неплохой завтрак. + отличный wifi. Хватало чтобы полноценно работать с большими файлами. Отель в целом понравился, стильный и комфортный. но все равно витает легкое ощущение заброшенности, поломанный тренажор, неубранный мусор у бассейна (конечно же гости могли бы и убирать за собой, но все же) - вид из номера на стену и стройку. - лучше доплатить за вид на бассейн. - нет ресторана и обслуживания номеров - типа еды заказать. но вокруг много кафе и есть Grab). Жили 2 неделе и и в целом отель смело можно рекомендовать. Со скидками и промо мне проживание обошлось в 62$/сутки.

Resepsjonen var ikke bemannet fra kl 24 - 06 heller ingen vakt. Ellers er jeg veldig fornøyd med Hotellet og de som jobbet der. Hyggelig og hjelpsomme.

Très bien situé ! Le personnel est très gentil. Dans le frigo, il y a toujours des boissons mises à disposition gratuitement. Le lit est très confortable. Le balcon de notre chambre était très grand, dommage qu’il ne soit pas couvert partout pour pouvoir en profiter quand il pleut.

Lovely comfortable room. Hotel staff were really nice. Shame about the ongoing building work next to the hotel. That will probably be going on for at least a year. Was not impressed with both beaches. Bars and restaurants around the hotel were nice.
