"I booked this thru Expedia. When I arrived, they said the hotel is fully booked, so they upgraded me to Ocean view suite, all bar items are inclusive. I also got free breakfast. The staffs are very nice and attentive. I had an early morning trip to island which made me unable to have breakfast at the hotel. The staff ordered a packed breakfast for me. "Booker this hotel as a 1 night quick stop as it's close to the pier to get to phi phi. If coming from the airport don't expect anyone to know where it is, we took a taxi which we had no choice to at 2am which was 700baht They didn't know where it was and we spent 2 hours in the taxi driving around areas near the pier. Hotel has 24/7 check in I guess which is good, the hut outside had several locks on th doors which didn't seem to work very well. A giant bed which filled the entire hut...

"Great property, pleasant staff and highly recommended. Their payment terminals are very flaky (not their fault) and don't expect to be able to pay with Amex is you cant even though they say you can. But overall really good, great staff, clean modern rooms. "

"Hotel was located on a hillside away from any shops or restaurants but they do provide a scheduled shuttle service to Patong central or beach with a minimal fee. Hotel restaurant situated on top of the property with a great sea view foods and services were excellent. Our room was having a few minor issues but hotel manager Van was very nice and able to correct it right away and provided a very pleasant stay. Definitely will come back here next time in Phuket. "

"Stayed with my partner for 3 nights. Loved it here. The resort and pools are beautiful. Buffet had something for everyone. 3 minute walk to the beach behind the property. Walking distance (5-10 mins) to all the action but a nice quiet resort tocome back to sleep.Highly recommended "

Travelled with 2 kids 2/8 years old we absolutely enjoyed staying at Graceland resort the staff were so lovely and friendly with us and our kids very respectful and the resort was very clean . So much facilities and close to everything we needed. Will definitely come back to Graceland resort."

"We ended our stay in Phuket at the My Beach Resort and was wonderful. It was incredibly peaceful. The whole place felt so amazing, the food and the drinks were delicious, the staff was amazing, and the view was unreal. We stayed in the Premier Seaview Studio which had a tub on the balcony and a great amount of space in the room. There is construction happening on the adjacent property which we could hear very loudly when we were on the balcony but it wasn't audible when we were by the pool. We...

"We had a fantastic stay. We had a group of people split across 9 rooms. All the rooms were well managed, check in and out was no problem, there was a real family feel to the hotel, and above all else the staff were amazing. The coffee shop attached to the hotel is great (Thai Tea 10/10!) and we felt at home very quickly. Great value for money, can't fault anything - especially for the price paid. We will definitely be back!"
