A little pearl of a hotel

Nestled in a small cove on the northern coast this little gem was super! The staff was extremely helpful and the facilities were nice. We had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is alo catering to westeners, with plenty to choose from on the menu. We ate at the hotel, mostlys out of comfort as the restaurants around were a bit to walk to, but a very varied menu made it a pleasure. Cook was excellent! Thank you Kim. Will come again, when in your neighborhood.

Sindssygt dejligt sted og lille oase. Der er virkeligt smukt og hyggeligt. Værelserne kunne godt bruge en lille hånd og der er ikke super meget omkring medmindre man hopper op på en knallert, men selve stedet og dem der ejer det er så skønne. Vi vil klart anbefale det og vænne tilbage.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kim 2. The pool overlooking the sea is gorgeous and it is very close to the town, which meant that we were able to watch fisherman and local kids swimming and also eat in a local restaurant. It is a bit tricky to walk the full length of the beach due to rock walls built to prevent erosion but it is possible and so we were able to use other hotel restaurants on some evenings. The cabins are nicely set out and have everything you need. Daily cleaning instead of cleaning every other day would have been appreciated, although was gladly done, when we asked. The balcony of the cabin, overlooking the sea is a nice place to sit of an evening. The staff were very friendly and helpful and went to a lot of trouble to make our stay very enjoyable. Overall this is a lovely place with a gorgeous pool, clean sea, a small clean beach, beautiful palm trees and nicely set out cabins. Some small changes to the furniture, such as providing more comfy, relaxing chairs on the balcony and better wardrobe facilities would bring this place up a notch. We really enjoyed our stay here - thanks a million.

Die Bungalows waren so dreckig, dass ein Bewohnen unmöglich war. Ich musste erstmals den Bungalow selber putzen. Die Bettwäsche riecht modrig Ein Safe war nicht vorhanden Das Bad war dreckig Toilettenpapier und Toilettenartikel fehlten Die Einrichtungen im Bungalow dreckig und total verstaubt bzw. voller Spinnenweben Die Bungalows wurden nicht gereinigt, auch die Betten wurden nicht gemacht, Mülleimer wurde nicht geleert Tausende Mücken waren im Bungalow Das hoteleigene Restaurant sieht aus wie eine Baustelle Das Frühstück ist eine Frechheit, man bekommt nur 1 Brötchen mit Butter und 1 Kaffeelöffel-voll Marmelade, was mehr einem Apfelmus entspricht, 1 Saft oder etwas Obst Die Umgebung des Hotels ist dreckig und voller Müll

Fantastisk sted! Mangler litt på renhold generelt på stedet, men det tar de igjen i sjarm. Beliggenheten er helt nydelig, her slapper man av og bare nyter. God mat og drikke (hvis man klarer seg med brus, juice og øl). Fine rom, deilig med både egen strand og basseng. Idyll med husker og hengekøyer. Vi har storkost oss her.

Friendly and accommodating stuffs. Breakfasts not as good as I have expected from reading the reviews. Wish their breakfast fruits plates had a bit more varieties. Pool was great. Had beach front cottage, great view, very relaxing atmosphere. Lots of good food stores near by, both local and seafood.

Recommend if you want to escape tourist areas

Overall it was a great stay! Binh was lovely, staff is really friendly (including his cute dog). Area has pros and cons - away from the touristy bits in the south so its great but despite bring safe the area around the hotel can be a bit rough. We did manage to find good food around the hotel as well. So if you want to see the really authentic Phu Quoc definitely thats the place to be!

Fine værelser og rigtig god beliggenhed. Vi blev taget godt imod og fik en fin betjening i restauranten. Der var håndklæder på værelset til både stranden og til badet. Fine solsengen og en dejlig to personers kajak med veste til fri afbenyttelse. Fin snorkling næsten ud for hotellet med fine koraller og mange forskellige fisk. Superfine værelser med havudsigt og dejlig terrasse.

Awesome place to hideout and chill!

Lovely stay here at Phu Quoc Kim 2 right on the beach. Lu and her family are super friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location of the resort is about 45 minutes from the airport and tucked out of the way on the North end of the island...which we loved. The food was quite good and there were free kayaks to use and a sandy beach with loungers, umbrellas, and hammocks. We snorkelled right out our bungalow's front door in warm and inviting waters that had some coral patches and reasonable amount of sea life. Overall, it was peaceful, refreshing and fun - A special slice of paradise that we were sad to leave.

Nytt och fräscht

Nytt ställe, det öppnade i januari 2017, så det är riktigt fräscht och fint. Familjen som driver det gör allt för att där ska vara rent och trevligt. Det skulle vara det perfekta stället för en riktigt skön, lugn och vilsam semester om det inte vore för att det ligger vägg i vägg med byns skola. Från ca 6.30 då de första barnen kommer till skolan är där ett oherrans liv så fort de inte har lektion. Tydligen kommer skolan flytta, händer det kan jag verkligen rekommendera detta stället!
