Hotel is in a nice and quiet location. Within walking distance to shopping areas, shows, and bus stops. However, all linen (bed sheets, blanket, pillow cases, and even towels) were stained, found hairs (long hair and shaved hairs) on bed, shampoo & body wash was really watered down, found two used condoms in the trashcan, rat poop on window seal. Asked staff for extra towels because our towels didnt smell clean and was told he had no more. Cleanliness is questionable here.
