I booked 2 Ocean View rooms but there are not Ocean View at all. The rooms foce to other building and we saw the roofs only. Guests book this Hotel have to be careful at this point and make sure what we pay and what we get. IT’S NOT OCEAN VIEW AT ALL. The Staffs at Lobby and house keeping are helpful and nice but the staff at swimming pool is not really helpful and not nice because after we swimming we need towels he asked us have to bring the towels back the swimming pool and sign the name for taking towels Is it the five star Hotel SPECIAL service at LA FESTA PHU QUOC.

호텔 컨디션이나 모든 면에선 최상의 호텔입니다. 경치도 좋고 인접한 관광지 또한 모든면에서 편하게 이동할수 있어서 좋았습니다. 인피니티 수영장 또한 선셋 경치는 최고였습니다. 다만 아쉬웠던점은 내부 일하시는 분들의 서비스는 기대했던 힐튼이란 점을 감안했을때 매우 무뚜뚝한 조금 다른 휴양지 리조트서 환영만 받던거랑은 사뭇 달랐습니다. 조식 뷔폐에 중요하게 생각하시는 분들은 조금 생각했던 것보다 별5개중에 3,5 정도입니다.

덕분에 좋은 시간을 보냈어요.
정말 크게 기대하고 갔음에도, 기대 이상의 만족을 하고 돌아올 수 있었던 특별한 경험이었습니다. 시설은 모두 고급스러웠고, 그 이상으로 개방감이 가득했습니다. 인피니티풀 뿐만 아니라, 프라이빗 비치, 로비, 정문과 두 빌딩 사이 등 모든 공간이 아름다웠고, 어디서 사진을 찍어도 화보 같았습니다. 인피니티풀은 그 자체로도 아름다웠지만, 호텔 건물과 함께 어우러졌을 때 다른 리조트, 호텔과 비교할 수 없는 아름다운 공간이었습니다. 충분히 비치된 선베드와 타월, 음료같은 디테일 덕분에 더더욱 안락한 시간을 보낼 수 있지 않았나 합니다. 사파리, 워터파크 등을 방문한다고 인피니티풀과 프라이빗 비치를 즐길 시간을 줄인 게 아쉬울 정도입니다. 수질을 좀 걱정하였으나, 5일간 수전 필터를 1회만 교체하는 정도였으니, 기대보다 괜찮았습니다. 조식 역시 훌륭했어요. 음식 종류가 엄청나게 다양한 건 아니었으나, 과하게 적은 것도 아니었습니다. 그런데 대부분의 메뉴가 매일 변경되며, 매일매일 아침에 새로운 기대감을 가지고 방문할 수 있었어요. 음식 퀄리티는 푸꾸옥에서 먹은 그 어떤 식사보다 훌륭했구요. 마지막으로 직원들의 서비스 마인드는 정말 너무 너무 좋았습니다. 부담스럽게 하지 않으면서도, 필요한 모든 것을 챙겨주었고, 언제 어디서 만나도 밝고 친절하게 맞아주었습니다. 운영방침 등을 핑계로 안된다는 말은 단 한번도 하지 않았으며, 제게 닥치는 문제를 제 입장에서 해결해주고자 하였고, 모두 해결해주었습니다. 그렇다고 비굴하거나 과한 친절을 보이는 것도 아니었고, 고급스럽고 전문성 있는 호텔이란 이런 것이라고 과시하는 듯한 멋진 느낌이었습니다. 모든 직원들의 역량은 훌륭했으나, 그 이상으로 호텔에서 만나는 어떤 직원도 부족한 모습 없이, 귀찮아하는 것 없이, 고객 입장에서 접근해주는 것을 보며 정말 많이 감탄했습니다. 혹시라도 이 리뷰를 보고 휴가를 계획 중인 분이 계시다면, 여길 고르고 여기에서 최대한 많은 시간을 보내는 쪽으로 계획을 수정하길 권하고 싶을 정도였어요. 정말 기대 이상이었습니다 bb
