"This hotel is worth 2.5 stars at most. Our generous evaluation is 4/10. 1- Reception desk did not have my reservation already paid with Hotels.com. They had to take picture (with their phone) of files in my phone. They had rooms available so they asked that I pay upfront. I insisted that they check with whomever responsible. A few hours later things were settled. 2- They did not know that my reservation was for 3 days so each day the room key was deactivated, I cannot get into my room and had to...

"We really enjoyed staying here. It’s perfectly placed in the centre of Tam Coc meaning there’s dozens of bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The boat tour from the harbour opposite is stunning. D was a great host and provided a load of options for things to do to make the most of the Ninh Binh area. We hired a moped through the hotel for a good price and were able to see all of the wonderful sights. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again. "

"Great location right in the centre of Phu Ly and with a lovely view of the river which was really pretty at sunset. The room was very clean and modern, with a great shower. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice, with eggs and pho cooked to order. The pool was great. Everyone at the hotel was really kind and friendly, especially Linh and Anh on reception. I would definitely stay here again!"

"I consider myself a princess when it comes to where I stay. We like to stay at large 5* hotels, so I was a bit leery of at a home stay. I would say Lily’s place surpassed all of the 5* hotels I have stayed at. Lily and her husband went over and above with everything they did for us They pampered us our whole stay 1 Booked our tours 2 Offered bicycles for us to ride 3. Provided quick laundry service 4. Always giving us snacks 5. Booked our transfer to Hanoi 6. Cooking us a great breakfast Our friend needed a bank machine and right away her husband put my friend on the back of his motorbike and drove him there. Like I said they totally went above our expectations Excellent place to stay "

beautiful nature resort with excellent servuce

"this place was absolutely beautiful and the service was impeccable. we were there for the soft opening so we felt lucky to sort of have the place to ourselves while they were still doing finishing touches. the property is gorgeous and it’s close to the little town where everything is. they have a free shuttle to the town or nice bicycles you can rent. the rooms were so nice and brand new! "

"We booked while in Sa Pa as it was good priced and looked nice. We left Sa Pa a night early, so i messaged the hotel on whatsapp to ask if we could have a room that night also. They gave us a room for the extra night at very short notice. We arrived at almost midnight, but the manager was ready and waiting for us. He ran out and collected our bags and took them to our room then showed us around. He was a very nice man, with good english skills. The next day we had a fresh local breakfast and they told us of the nice sights to see. While we were sight seeing they washed our laundry for us. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is in a lovely and quiet area close to nice restaurants and local attractions. Highly recommend the hotel to anyone "
