It's on the river, which is nice, but you'll hear river boats throughout the day and night. Because it is formerly a house, you'll hear the guests next door pretty easily. Overall, it's a nice, not too expensive place to stay. No complaints about the room, other than we could hear everything going on in the other rooms. "Baan Khong Tara is relatively new Thai style hotel. Although it is located outside Ayutthaya Island, it is quite near Wat Chaiwattanaram (2km) and there are several ways to get to the city. The home-stay breakfast was great ! Services overall was excellent. There are good quality bikes for rent if you like cycling around. Roughly the place can accommodate 12 car parking. Value for money !"
