Hotel is Under construction entire 1st floor gutted. Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t helpful. Room was not the one I reserved or paid for. No amenities no breakfast or office space. Made the entire 7 day stay. Water outages the entire time- no notice or construction taking place. Room sheets stained, exterior lots of trash and construction products and a dumpster, lots of transients and overall just dirty. If I had known I would have left sooner it was paid for by 3rd site so the hotel wouldn’t help me address the concerns | also smelled like mildew and the a/c sounded like an angry screeching dragon. 0/10 don’t recommend and won’t return false advertising - pictures that I saw were not of the hotel I stayed at.

As a global traveler, I am used to certain amenities but one that is non negotiable is a automatic door. Not one of the doors was automatic. Thats not good for handicap as well people bringing in multiple pieces of luggage. Not having too.s ready before 12pm is another miss. Time zone travelers need a nap. Its crazy how no one was at the desk until 4pm. Smh .. A waste.

The staff and property itself was fine. However, the area it was in was filled with dope addicts and homeless groups that continually walked through and around the area and parking lot at all times of day and night. Did not feel safe even going to my car.

Building under construction. Smelt like weed most of the time. First night there rained and woke up with a puddle in the room. Was switch to a different room but no iron in room had to get from downstairs. Super friendly staff but building is a mess and just not super clean.

That staff were professional and courteous. The price was also quite affordable, which made more sense once I realized they seemed to be remodeling. The first room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke but the staff were happy to offer an alternative. The new room was excellent!

The male person at check in was most unfriendly and did not say a word about Wi-Fi. My wife and I stayed for two nights. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. The water was being turned off each day between 11am to 3pm for renovations. We were most surprised to find that our room did not have a fridge, microwave or any coffee making facilities. No breakfast provided, so not having a fridge to even store milk, was very poor in my opinion. We found it a step back in time for those items not to be provided. I didn't check the amenities before booking for those items, wrongly assuming that all motels in USA provide them in 2024, again especially when there is not any breakfast provided. That's what happens when I assume. The hallway and elevator smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Apart from some freeway noise of loud vehicles, the property was quiet. Security of the building was good. Posted warnings about Red Roof Inn not being responsible for cars that are parked there. Definitely will not stay here again and I will be careful about staying at any other Red Roof Inn in the future.

We did not know we had to pay a deposit before checking in. We paid for the hotel ahead of time. We have never pay a deposit before in any hotel including Red Roof. I'm afraid I am not getting my deposit back. I paid over 600 dollars. The hotel was under construction. There was no continental breakfast either. It look unsafe the surroundings of the hotel.
