Rental was beautiful and bed was very comfortable. If you've not stayed at a place that does the non- desk check in, it's a little different. We were able to figure it out and got into our room just fine. Parking is in a parking garage at $15 a day. My one main wish was that more than one key be provided when renting properties with more than one room. One key made things a little difficult at times. I also wish parking was included.

I didn't like anything about it!! It was like renting a sleazy motel room. The walls were dirty, the mattress was like a brick, you could hear everything people were doing in other spaces, they didn't clean it good, the face clothes & towels were dingy. We stayed there overnight this past Wednesday & the only good thing that came out that was a full refund. They don't even have onsight assistance, it's horrible. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially if you're used to nice accommodations.

Amazing stay, loved the minimalist aesthetic, easy to check in and out, just overall a great experience. It’s exactly as pictured, and as advertised. Less than a 10 minute drive to the heart of downtown where culture meets incredible restaurant choices. While I slept just fine, the bed was hard and my wife was tossing and turning all night. She did sleep on the couch the final night and did get a good night sleep. Overall, the experience was great and would love to stay here again when we’re in Phoenix. You can’t go wrong with this property.

We enjoy staying at Locale properties for the amenities and privacy. The flats are always clean and modern with plenty of local eateries nearby! This stay the elevators were not working near the entry and slight confusion on where to locate the key box but otherwise another amazing stay!

Loved the spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment! The housekeeping staff was amazing! The appliances were in pristine condition. A very nice, quiet place to stay for a relaxing vacation! Although a ROKU TV was in the apartment, I had to purchase my own antenna so I could get local stations because the TV was streaming only. It was also very difficult to get door to door delivery for groceries, food, etc.
