Well i think it’s a great location. But I m sure the house the homeless or section 8 families there. Nothing wrong with that but it’s a bit noisy and they all seem to weed on the floor I stayed on 24 -7 you could smell it.

This was the nastiest place I've ever stayed. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke, food cooking in rooms (and not a good smell), and just a general stench in the air that I couldn't get out of my room. It seemed to me that people actually were living there, like a single room occupancy hotels to keep people off the streets. I felt so out of place there, like I was intruding on there living situation. Lots of sketchy looking people in the outside pool/picnic table area just chain smoking. There was a dog across that hall that barked incessantly. And the grossest thing of all were the dead cockroach carcasses in my room and in the hallway outside my door. I will never stay there again.

Close to where we wanted to be. Bad people hanging around, police arrived one night. Things like doors and drawers were broken. Dirty hallway carpet. Beds and pillows not comfortable. Neck and back sore, couldn’t get a good nights sleep

The microwave was not working and we ask for them to please fix ot or replaced ot and the next dau yhey were roaches on it. They never cleaned the rooms. There was very loud noise a 3am. We foumd condoms on the halls. They room was dirty with dirty paper ls stick to the roof and dirt, small trash around the room.

There were bugs in the room, holes in the coverlet and stains everywhere. The kitchenette is filthy and run down. You have to ask for basic kitchen items. The hotel is close to areas downtown for dining and entertainment. There is no cleaning service in the room.

The evening front desk staff was horrid, and unconcerned with my needs. They claimed the system was shut off, and they couldn't help me. If you like homeless and crime everywhere and incredibly rude staff, then this is the place for you.

When we first arrived, two other groups had been waiting for one hour for reception to check them in; then we were told about all the events that happened at the facility; given a room with one bed when I reserved a room with two beds; the beds were extremely uncomfortable.

A lot of issues. Seems to be used also for subsidized living, etc.. not sure. A lot of the residents didn’t seem to be people that would be renting a hotel room. At least at what I was paying. Also, we got an efficiency and they had no utensils, etc to supply and said they didn’t think they could find any. Not sure what’s going on. Will not stay there again.

If you are considering staying here, I say stop now and look elsewhere. As a guy, I’m no prude when it comes to accommodations, but there are minimum requirements that need to be met, which this facility came up very short. — dog poop in the hall. Yes you heard me. I told the evening desk person about it and yet it was still there in the morning! — roaches in the bathroom. Yep. Only saw three when I turned on the light in the morning, but three more than should be there. — horrible smelling room (1st floor). Stale dank smell. Very pungent. Thank goodness I only was there one night — stains on the sheets and towels. Gross. — TV picture was malfunctioning. — hangers were those cheap plastic ones you find at Walmart. No luggage rack or hair dryer. — the couch material looked so dirty. Didn’t want to sit on it I what else do I need to tell you. They provide coffee and oatmeal only. I was too scared to try either. Run away.

If you are looking for an absolute dive you have found the right place. Multiple people doing drugs and prostitution alike. Good luck getting a front desk person. We waited forty five minutes to speak to anyone and no one was working. A family left because of cockroaches. We eventually left because there was no one to check us in. To top things off the hotel denied our refund request. So yeah if your looking for a fix and a place to share with cockroaches you’ve found your place

DO NOT STAY HERE. EXPEDIA, REMOVE THIS PROPERTY FROM YOUR SITE. We arrived to a parking lot full of people who were clearly doing drugs and even a person passed out in the lobby. I felt unsafe entering the property with my elderly mom who is visually and mobility impaired and I worried our rental car would be broken into. But I tried to stay positive and hoped when we got into the room we could relax and it would be ok. On the way to room 236 we passed a trash closet. The whole hallway smelled like trash. We kept going passing a couple sketchy people. We got to our room which was blazingly hot. I went to turn on the AC. There were 2 units. Both were already on and blowing hot air. It was 106° outside. There was a broken lamp and some huge chunks taken out of the wall near the sofa. My elderly mom was too nervous to sit down and rest. I attempted to call the front desk to see if we could change rooms. (I really was still trying to give it a chance). The phone wasn’t plugged in. I tried to plug in the phone but the phone Jack was just a hole in the wall with no actual Jack to plug into. So I called the front desk on my cell phone. My call was never answered. So I took one more minute to book another nearby hotel and we headed downstairs to cancel the room. We waited a while at the front desk. We told the attendant why we were leaving. She said “I understand”. (I mean, she knows where she works). She said we had to cancel through Expedia since we booked through there.
