There was dust on the carpet next to the walls You were told you could park in front of the room but usually there weren’t spaces so you had to park a bit away. Stay7 Studios Hotel Phoenix
Hotel is in a very rundown neighborhood. Security guard in the parking lot and I was glad that he was there. No amenities in the hotel and I didn't see any stores nearby. Tub had lots of hair on the surfaces -perfunctory wipe down by cleaning staff. Cheap hotel, but still overpriced.
