"I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there. "Its higher up in the hills, its far enough from the busy areas so its peacefull, all you hear is the chickens. Mountains look foggy and mysterious. Its a good location to go in walks from, I saw lots of the famous terraced fields. Room was clean and nice, good service and communication from the hosts. 250k VND to go to Sapa town, but the countryside is better than the town"

"From entrance to dining, the hotel exudes the decadence and flamboyance of a French colonial past. This hotel is truly luxurious and although a bit pricier for Vietnam it is so worth the extra for the lovely stay it gives. The swimming pool is so outstandingly lavish. "Nancy, the front desk manager helped us in booking Fansipan and helped me prep some food for my baby on the journey back to Hanoi. She also helped in some small issues and she is so honest in telling me they overcharged me for my Fansipan tickets (we got combo). Only thing that was quite frustrating would probably be the restaurant for breakfast were quite overbooked and we need wait without a proper queuing system from them. A gem in the clouds of Sapa.

"From entrance to dining, the hotel exudes the decadence and flamboyance of a French colonial past. This hotel is truly luxurious and although a bit pricier for Vietnam it is so worth the extra for the lovely stay it gives. The swimming pool is so outstandingly lavish. Nice room with great view

"The hotel rooms facing the mountain has a nice view. It is slightly marred by people speaking loudly at night and also was kind of disappointed when I booked a mountain facing a grand deluxe room for two adult and one child, but it only had one king sized bed. Was actually expecting a single bed. Thankfully my child is small sized and the nice breakfast and view "

"Nothing to fault with this property. We were looked after by the fabulous staff from the moment we arrived. We were presented with a welcome drink, our bags were stored until checkin (we arrived early after travelling to Sapa on the overnight train) and we were offered the use of showers in the pool area. This continued throughout our stay, with Sarah checking in on us every day via WhatsAp to see if we needed any advice or assistance with planning our day. We have never had this level of personalised service anywhere else we have stayed. The room was very spacious, and the view… wow! The hotel is perfectly located on the edge of town, making it quiet but only a short 5 minute walk to all the nearby shops and cafes. While there is some construction next door at the moment, we were not disturbed by this at all. Overall, this hotel is incredible value for money."

"This is the best property to stay.its budget friendly, staffs are really very nice and cleaness is upto the mark. The location is very good, you can visit the tourist attraction with in 15 min. Sapa plaza is 5-10min walk. I just loved this place and everyrhing was so perfect. They allow to keep luggage, as we had late night bus. In the room we had a welcome note, postcard . I definitely recommend this place. "
