Both rooms wr had were on the low side of ok. The tile showers had broken tile around the sides of the entry edges. Doors didnt close properly from warping. The build is in need of an over hall. The staff was kind. But island time is a real thing. Our check in was supposed to be a 4 pm. I believe we finally entered the unit at 5.30.

Love the rooms. A nice homely feeling, clean, well laid out and you can tell they try to think of all you need from kitchen to washer dryer in the one bedrooms. Nice staff as well, will highly recommend

Great spot for touristy shopping and easy access to the beach. Nice that it has a private parking area for additional charge. I see it’s planned for upgrades in 2024 which will be nice and needed. Overall a good place to stay, I don’t have really anything negative, but I think the remodel this year will do it well

Our stay at Sea Palace was absolutely fantastic! The staff were great, the unit was amazing & Crystal, the bartender at Pink Pearl Restaurant is the absolute best! Close walking distance to many shops & dining! Will definitely be visiting here again soon!!

This will be my GO TO hotel each year going forward. I have always stayed at Maho but WOW!!!! This hotel room 601 was breathtaking. You have a separate bedroom with a washer / dryer and they supply the soap. There are (2) full bathrooms and (2) couches that pull out to beds. There is a full kitchen and the patio in this room is as large as the room with beach chairs and a table. The AC was ice cold, the water was hot. There ic coffee in the lobby and the restaurant on location, Pink Pearl was so good we ate there twice at a great price. (2) people $37. They have pool noodles and rafts for your use and a gated parking lot directly across the street with a clicker you can use to access any time of night. They give you a code to get in front door after hours and your room so no digging for the access key. You are directly on the boardwalk of Phillipsburg where the cruise ships come in and 15 minutes from Maho (at night) daytime traffic in Maho is horrible especially during November and December. You are walking distance to the ferry to go to St Barts or Sabar. DEFINITELY STAY HERE!!!!
