I called the day before I flew in and told them my flight would be in at 8am they assured me my room would be ready for early check in. I arrived just to be told I couldn’t check in until 3pm??? We literally had to sit and wait in the lobby from 830 am to 3pm this was so inconvenient because we had things to do and couldn’t leave our belongings alone. The rooms were clean but the staff was not helpful getting us our room when we were assured it would be ready.

Decent spot. Definitely way further away from the stadiums than it says on Expedia. Its more like a 20 min walk. Not alot of food options around the hotel either

Had a cancellation with our flight due to weather conditions. And Expedia was giving me a hard time changing the dates to our hotel stay. And the director of the hotel helped me change the dates He spent 30 minutes on the phone with Expedia. I really appreciated that. I recommend that they shampoo the carpets in the halls. Other than that the room was very clean. Staff was nice and Penrose diner is right across the street.

I was skeptical because other people reviews, but this hotel did not disappointed, everything went smooth form checking in to checking out , rooms were clean, comfortable bed , everything pretty much was above average, very convenient airport shuttle, definitely will stay there again when catching a phl flight , good stay !

The room was disgusting and noisy. Had to slam the door to get it to shut. I left after 1 night and the manager said she’d refund my other 2 night that I didn’t use but she never did.

This was NOT an INEXPENSIVE stay and the property did NOT reflect what we paid for our room. Immediately when you walked in the room, it reeked of cleaning solution. The door never closed properly and twice we had people just walk into our room. The outside of the door had marks where it looked like someone tried to break in. The beds were lumpy and soft …not horrible, but definitely well used. The bar in the lobby was a mess with glasses everywhere, but not a single patron. The parking lot was big, but difficult to get into with barriers blocking the entrance. There was a place in the front with a little chair for people to go smoke. Not something you want to see right when you pull up. Would not recommend.

Beautifully Comfortable. Love the food and services. The manager has a great staff and crew. Family oriented. Amazing sky & beautiful City View at night on floor 14. Definitely will return soon. Beautiful decor around entire building, especially the art of words, and beautiful artistic, and electric art pieces around the entire facility.
