I booked this hotel to get ready in for my wedding and sadly the photos that they use online for the king suite with the jetted tub are a complete catfish and do not match what the room actually looks like. I thought the front desk made an honest mistake, but the hotel is extremely outdated, smells of mildew, has broken lamps, and an elevator that we got stuck in.

Oksana was perfectly lovely and welcoming at the front desk. One of the elevators felt unreliable with the door opeing and closing multiple times before taking us where where meant to go. Weird. And the head of housekeeping being sure to be at our door ten minutes before check-out felt like unneeded pressure. Dude. We're leaving. We know.
