The Continental breakfast was delicious, with many choices. And the breakfast staff was friendly, kept things fresh and refilled. Front desk was prompt, courteous. I could hear people in the hallways finding their rooms but once quiet time (9pm) rolled around I didn't hear a thing. Loved it!

Clean room and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed the continental breakfast. We did not have hot water for showers but we only stayed over for a night so it wasn't the biggest deal. I would advise staff to check room 140 out so future visitors can have nice hot showers.

My complain is if you have a room cleaned up or available, why don’t you just let me check in first ? I was totally worn out the day when I got off the plane from a long flight, Upon arrival in the hotel , it was 1:00 pm , and I was told that I have to wait until 3 pm to check in , the lady in the front desk seemed to be quite polite but kind of hostile , then I waited an hour to ask her again , she gave me the same answer, then I had to wait another 45 minutes until she left and a guy sat on the front desk , he managed to check in for me !
