"The villa is very comfortable and in a quiet location (nothing much at walking distance) right by the beach. The pool is excellent and the service was very friendly. However, this place is more suited for independent living and doesn't offer most of the usual hotel services. Moreover, it is overpriced for what you get. "The property was very clean, spacious and quiet. Moi and Soi at the reception and other staff member were very friendly and helpful. The pool is very clean and enjoyable too. We were very satisfied of our stay."

"The place was find. But in fact, the room was not truly as the pictures shown in the website. Also, the room owner was rude. He told the staff when we check in that we not paid to him whether we have 50% paid in advance as he requested and he said he don’t care the guest perception. It very bad impression. "Lovely complex, quiet, well maintained and very friendly and helpful staff. Apartment was clean, comfortable and private, being at one end of a block. Great air con and wifi, although it is not as big as it looks in the photos! I would highly recommend."

Great place to relax and make memories

"The Regent Cha-am Beach resort was a very comfortable stay in January 2025. We booked to stay for a wedding held in the grounds. The staff were very helpful and arranged cars, helped us book a fabulous cooking class and were happy to help with everything. The interior is a little tired and sadly the spa was not open. The wedding ceremony area and reception was well prepared by the staff and everything looked fabulous. Over our 5 night stay, the food was very good and our experience overall was great. "

"The maid can be rude. She sprayed copious amounts of disinfectant spray in my room, but not other rooms. It made me feel discrimination and seemed to imply that foreign people stink. I was having plumbing trouble at home so I rented a room for a week so I would have a place to shower. So it's not like I had stinky dirty clothes or durian in the room. I would come in the morning and shower then leave again. That particular day I had additional appointment so I returned to the room to take an extra shower. The room was so full of disinfectant spray that a window had to be opened. I had only been gone 3 hours. That was incredibly rude, childish, and very racist. "

"Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you."
