Wonderful hotel with amazing staff/views/breakfast

Beautiful hotel with a very kind staff. The room had a beautiful ocean view and was so spacious and comfortable. The view from the bathtub was stunning. The gardens were lovely, and the pool was really nice. The restaurant was really good for dinner, and breakfast was fantastic as well. It was nice and quiet In The night. Thank you again to the staff for being so sweet.

Beach front, nice staffs but impolite guests

Well located, beach front. Staffs are super nice. The problems are the hotel often host events (team building, conference ect.. ) the hotel's guests are very impolite, they speak so loud and slamming the room's doors. There are 2 towers in hotel, they should arrange for that type of group in the different tower or different floor, not all in a floor or too close to each other like that. I understand that the hotel want to save energy, easier for cleaning but the guests need to be confortable too. Beverages/coffee in hotel are not good. Need to buy a better coffee machine.

Excellence and a little regard.

A new hotel with beautiful ocean view and lovely garden. Food was great and nice helpers. Hoping keeping this exceptionally service and well maintain facilities for years to come. Most of highly recommend hotel wear down so fast in maintenance and stopping improving services in Vietnam.

The reason I chose this resort because I saw the rates 4.6 star but when I checked in it's made me disappointed because it's not true, the food it's poor and they not change its just the same, the fruits they served it's not fresh. One thing is terrible the hand soap it's just the water they're mixed a little soap, the first day I checked in there's no shampoo, they only give you travel size for each day for 2 persons . Only I gave this resort 4 stars for the nice property outside looks nice and quiet that is it . If the next time when K come back Phan Rang I don't think I will book this resort again. That's why I checked out early 1 day, it's boring when you stay there not thing activity 😢

New with a great View

New and very nicely done. Pool with a view to the ocean. Balcony offered fresh air into the room and a nice view when standing outside (no balcony furniture yet). On the second morning the included Breakfast had an omelette/crepe station which really made me happy. The shower had a rainforest fixture and adjustable hand shower, both with great water pressure, really nice. It's new, the staff was very good, the location is good, not a lot of retail/restaurants to walk to, yet not far on a motorbike/car; they where still finishing things up, but overall a really nice hotel, very nice staff, peaceful with some fantastic views.
