"Ons verblijf was prima, vooral met de sneeuw buiten was het heerlijk warm en gezellig. De keuken van het restaurant blijft ons positief verrassen; elke keer als we komen, is het eten nog beter en zijn de gerechten vernieuwend. Het enige verbeterpunt is de prijs-kwaliteitverhouding van het ontbijt. Ondanks hun inspanningen is er nog ruimte voor verbetering. "This hotel is very beautiful, but food is very limited with little variety. The breakfast was just different types of granola, eggs, lunch meat, and rolls! No toast or pastries which was very odd. The restaurant at night offers salads, fish, and chicken all with risotto which was also bizarre since most German food comes with potatoes. Besides lacking in food choices, this hotel has tons of stairs! Be prepared to cart your luggage up and down them since there are no elevators. Very remote...

"Felt like I was staying in the backrooms with how white everything was and how many stairs and corridors there were to navigate. No lift for luggage. The self check in was nice at least. Wifi didn’t work. Pointless having a TV in the room with apps on it when they didn’t check if it’s connected to the internet to use any of it. Can’t airplay cast to TV either. Mattress had holes. "Modern design-style hotel with good sized rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the area there's a good selection of restaurants from Greek to traditional German. My only negative was the tiny bathroom in a room designed for 4. I'm not sure who designed this, but they need to have another think. A minor point otherwise as it's a good hotel."
